Privacy
HelloTubby does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number.
Conversation text is not stored on our servers. Your messages are sent to a language-model provider to produce a reply and are not written to our database. Your conversation lives in your browser for the length of your visit; starting a new conversation clears it, and nothing from the previous conversation is sent again.
We keep anonymous operational records so the service can be run responsibly: counts of conversations and messages, a broad topic category (such as “cooking” or “science”), response timing, error records, and a one-way hashed identifier for your browser session and network address used only for rate limiting. These cannot be used to reconstruct what you asked.
Analytics record only event names — for example that a message was sent — never the text of a message or a reply. There is no advertising tracking, no profiling, and no lead collection.
Voice features run in your browser. If you enable spoken replies, that preference is stored locally on your device.
Please do not share sensitive personal information with Tubby.
